Important information for booking Red Hat Virtual Training courses:

1. Please note that when booking a Red Hat Virtual Training course, the corresponding Red Hat Learning Subscription will also be provided.
   Access to the Red Hat Learning Subscription will be activated upon confirmation of your order through Red Hat.
   Please note that classroom training courses are excluded from this regulation.
2. Please note that participant substitutions are not possible due to the personalised Red Hat Learning Subscription.
3. If you are unable to attend the training course you have booked (e.g. due to illness, etc.) or if the course is cancelled by Red Hat, a credit note will not be issued under any circumstances.
   We will be happy to rebook you for the next available suitable training date. Red Hat Learning Subscriptions are excluded from cancellations.
