Course Overview
Project Management is the application of methods, tools, and techniques to achieve new capabilities, meet demands, respond to organizational changes, or realize a new opportunity. In this two-day course, attendees will be introduced to the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) application and will learn to efficiently manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
Prerequisites
Prior to enrolling in this course, we highly recommend that you enroll and complete Get Started with Innovation Management
Also, consider this Foundations online learning course which introduces the ServiceNow interface.
Participants may also complete the instructor-led ServiceNow Fundamentals course for a more in-depth experience.
